Which booking channels are supported?
DJC Channel Manager, built into DJC Stay, supports Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, Trip.com, Traveloka, Google Hotel Ads and 100+ other channels. Your own website connects as a direct booking engine.
How fast do rate and availability changes reach the OTAs?
A change saved in DJC Stay is queued immediately and pushed as a delta within seconds. Changes made in quick succession are merged into a single push, and a full refresh of the next 500 days runs every night as a safety net.
Can I use it for Airbnb units and hotel rooms in the same account?
Yes. Each property has its own room types, units, taxes, invoice sequence and business date. Add as many properties as you like under one organisation and switch between them from the top bar.
Is there a night audit?
Yes. The night audit posts room and tax for in-house guests, expires holds, marks no-shows, creates housekeeping tasks, snapshots daily statistics and rolls the business date. It can run automatically at a time you choose or manually from the Night Audit page.
Do I need to install anything?
No. DJC Stay runs in the browser on any laptop or tablet. Hosted on Cloudflare with a managed Postgres database, backups and TLS included.
Can I migrate from my current PMS?
We import your room types, rate plans, guests and future reservations from a spreadsheet or your current system's export, then run in parallel until you are ready to switch.
