Who we are

DJC Stay is operated by DJC Holdings Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit https://djcstay.com or use the DJC Stay web application at https://app.djcstay.com.

Data we collect

Website: enquiry and demo-request forms (name, email, phone, company, message) and standard server logs.

Application: account details (name, email, password hash), organisation and property data you enter, and guest records you create or receive from connected booking channels. Guest data belongs to your organisation; we process it on your instructions as a data processor.

How we use it

To operate the service, respond to enquiries, send transactional email (verification codes, booking confirmations) and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use guest data for marketing.

Sub-processors

Cloudflare (hosting, email delivery), Neon (managed Postgres database) and our channel-connectivity provider behind DJC Channel Manager (only for properties you connect to booking channels). Each is bound by its own data-processing terms.

Retention and your rights

Account and organisation data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request after closure, subject to statutory record-keeping. Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and equivalent laws you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@djcstay.com.

Cookies

The website sets no tracking cookies. The application uses a session cookie strictly to keep you signed in.
