The service
DJC Stay is a cloud property management system provided by DJC Holdings Sdn Bhd. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of the organisation you represent.
Accounts and organisations
You are responsible for the users you invite, their roles and the accuracy of the data entered. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
Your data
Everything you enter — properties, rates, bookings, guests, folios — remains yours. We process it only to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time and request deletion when you leave.
Fees
Plans are billed per property per month as quoted at sign-up or in your proposal. Third-party channel-manager fees are passed through at cost. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability and will give notice of planned maintenance. Support is provided by email during Malaysian business hours; priority support is included in Growth and Enterprise plans.
Acceptable use and liability
Do not use the service to store unlawful content or to attempt to access other organisations' data. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from third-party channels or payment providers.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with notice by email or in the application. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
